Yaln\u0131zca ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z ironik \u00f6rneklerle bile \u00e7ok \u015fey anlat\u0131labilir. Ancak yine de temel olarak meselenin kendisini ele almaya ve buradan bir sonuca varmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fal\u0131m.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">Nedir bu stajyerlik?<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Dilimize Frans\u0131zcadan ge\u00e7mi\u015f olan stajyer kelimesi, \u00f6\u011frenim g\u00f6r\u00fclen konu hakk\u0131nda kendini geli\u015ftirmek i\u00e7in staj yapan kimse anlam\u0131na geliyor. Bu y\u00f6n\u00fcyle genel bir kavram1 ifade eden stajyerlik, baz\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenim alanlar\u0131nda fak\u00fclte e\u011fitimi ile beraber veya tatil d\u00f6nemlerinde icra edilebilirken, hukuk alan\u0131nda ise fak\u00fclte e\u011fitiminin tamamlanmas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen bir evre olarak yer al\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Hukuk alan\u0131ndaki stajyerli\u011fe geldi\u011fimiz zaman ise, \u00f6ncelikle mesleki bir ayr\u0131m g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz.
